2002 P-47 Thunderbolt
Produced by Fleer Collectibles, this is a
diecast replica P-47 Thunderbolt airplane, all decked out in team
colors and multiple team logos! This item is made of first quality, heavy
diecast metal. It is 1:48 scale ... which means it measures about 9" long.
The plane comes in Near Mint condition in an outer collector's box that is
not shown, as we took one out of the box for this photo. The
presentation in the box also includes a trading card sized placard that
gives a history of the P-47 Thunderbolt ... it was an important bomber in
World War II ... as well as many of its technical specifications.
Fleer strictly limited production of these 2002 NFL P-47s based on initial
dealer orders. Only 504 Texans P-47 Thunderbolts were produced,
and each one is serially numbered on the underside of the plane.
